Termination

Either party may terminate our service relationship at any time with written notice. Termination may occur immediately if:

• You breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 30 days of notice
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• We determine that continuing the relationship would be detrimental to our business

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and both parties' confidentiality obligations continue to apply.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or technical failures.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
